Registration Fees 报名费: RM 20
Donation 捐款 : RM 80 ( ask anyone to donate till you get rm80 )
total RM 100 include registration fees and donation fees.
we will give you a booklet so you may ask anyone of them to donate.
please return the Donation Booklet before 1 August 09
* you need to pay rm50 if you lost the booklet
